Refund Policy

Refund Policy (Adventure Limos)

Effective date: [MM/DD/YYYY]. This policy applies to reservations made directly with Adventure Limos. Deposits are non-refundable. Payments beyond the deposit may be refundable depending on the timing of your cancellation.

Cancellations: If you cancel at least [X days] before the service start time, you may receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit, less any payment processing fees charged by third parties. Cancellations within [Y hours] of the service start time are non-refundable. No-shows and customer-initiated early endings are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least [X days] before the service, subject to availability and any price differences. Requests inside [Y hours] may be treated as a cancellation.

Company cancellations and force majeure: If we must cancel due to mechanical issues, safety, or events beyond our control, our obligation is limited to a reasonable remedy such as dispatching a comparable vehicle, rescheduling, or a prorated refund for unused time. We operate rain or shine; severe weather may require schedule or route adjustments for safety.

Delays and time adjustments: We plan reasonable routes but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, or conditions beyond our control. If a delay is solely our fault and materially reduces booked time, we may offer a prorated credit or refund for the affected portion.

Fees not eligible for refund: Gratuities, cleaning or damage charges, out-of-area surcharges, parking, tolls, and third-party transaction fees are not refundable. Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and special-event bookings on blackout dates may be non-refundable.

Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
