These Terms govern your use of the Adventure Limos website and services. By requesting a quote, placing a reservation, or using our vehicles, you agree to these Terms.

Services and Availability.

Service is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability for your requested date, time, and location. We may offer a comparable vehicle if your selected unit becomes unavailable. Photos on the site are illustrative; specific features can vary by unit and model year.

 

Quotes and Pricing.

Quotes are based on vehicle type, date, pickup and drop-off locations, itinerary, hours, and demand. Taxes, surcharges, tolls, parking, and out-of-area travel may apply. Prices are valid only for the time stated on the quote. Gratuity is not included unless specified.

 

Deposits and Payments.

A non-refundable deposit of [XX%] or [$$ fixed amount] is required to hold your vehicle and time. The remaining balance is due by [X days/hours] before service or at pickup if stated in your confirmation. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation.

 

Cancellations and Changes.

Cancellations made [X days/hours] or less before the reservation may be charged up to the full balance. Changes to date, time, route, or duration are subject to availability and may change the price. No-shows forfeit all payments.

Overtime.

If your event runs longer than scheduled and we are available to extend, overtime is billed in [30/60]-minute increments at the contract rate and must be approved by the chauffeur or dispatcher before extension.

Conduct and Prohibited Items.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Illegal drugs, open alcohol with minors present, weapons, fireworks, and any hazardous materials are prohibited. We may refuse or discontinue service if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without refund.

Alcohol and Minors.

Alcohol is not allowed if any passenger is under the legal drinking age. Valid ID may be required. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Damage and Cleaning.

You are responsible for damage to the vehicle and excessive cleaning caused by your party. Fees for spills, biohazards, broken fixtures, or missing items will be charged per our then-current schedule and may be billed to the payment method on file.

 

Timing, Traffic, and Force Majeure.

We plan reasonable routes and aim for on-time performance, but we are not liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, weather, accidents, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control. In force-majeure situations, we may modify, delay, or cancel service; our obligation is limited to a reasonable remedy such as rescheduling, providing a comparable vehicle, or prorated refund of unused time.

Safety and Driver Authority.

For safety, the chauffeur may adjust routes, deny unsafe requests, require seated passengers while the vehicle is in motion, or end service if conditions become hazardous or policies are violated.

Personal Property.

Please check the vehicle before exiting. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items but will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost-and-found requests.

Website and Intellectual Property.

Site content, logos, and images are owned by Adventure Limos or licensed to us and may not be used without permission. Third-party links are provided as a convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Privacy.

Your use of the site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available on the website.

Limitation of Liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amounts you paid for the affected reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold Adventure Limos and its employees harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

Governing Law and Disputes.
